FEATURES - SPECIFICATIONS

• HYPERDESMO®(CLASSIC VERSION) for over 30 years has been the material that offers waterproofing solutions in over 60 countries
• It is a one-component material that polymerizes with atmospheric humidity and produces a highly hydrophobic membrane
• It is ideal for general use
• It has excellent adhesion to almost all substrates
• It consists of a pure, elastomeric, hydrophobic, polyurethane resin which, together with special inorganic components, provides the product with excellent weather resistance
• It is applied by roller, brush or spray (airless 200-250 bar) in two layers with a minimum consumption of 1.5-1.8 kg/m2
• Waterproofing and protection of:
  • Elenite and sheet metal
  • gypsum boards and cement boards
  • bitumen
  • Main waterproofing membrane in car parks (part of the system)
  • flower beds,
  • verandas and balconies,
  • roofs / terraces,

• Not recommended for:
  • Surfaces with low cohesion
  • waterproofing of swimming pool surfaces that come into direct contact with chemically treated water

    • oxidized metals and, with a special primer, galvanized and aluminum

• Application
  • We clean the surface from loose materials, dust, plant organisms, salts, oils, etc.
  • The loose materials must be smoothed and removed with the appropriate tools
  • In the case of unreinforced application of the material, possibly existing strong cracks of the surface require repair before the final layer with polyurethane mastic HYPERSEAL®-25LM-S or HYPERSEAL-Expert150
  • Before application, we mix the material manually or with a stirrer at low speed for approximately 10 minutes
  • It is applied with a roller, brush or spray (airless 200-250 bar)
  • The various layers (of different shades) are applied sequentially every 6-24 hours depending on the weather conditions
